Wait for iPad Mini and iPad fourth gen?

Should I wait for these two devices? Is anyone doing the same?

If you want a smaller tablet, then you should wait for the mini iPad. Pretty sure it'll come out before the end of this year. But if you want full size, you should just get the iPad 3rd generation because it just came out not too long ago. Unless you want to wait a year for the 4th one. But by then, there will be rumors of the 5th one, and you'll want to wait for that one. It's an endless cycle.

I was unimpressed by the 3rd generation iPad, so I got an iPad 2. It took a couple of tries but I was able to get one with a 32nm A5. For $399! Very satisfied.

I agree with this. The mini could be worth waiting for, but the iPad3 is a pretty amazing device, I doubt you would be disappointed.
