My vibrator on my iPhone is broken for a second time, and just vibrates like crazy whenever it feels like it. It needs to be replaced. Apple replaced it once about 4 months after I purchased the phone. Should I wait to have it replaced hoping that the new iPhones are released, and I might be lucky enough to get one of those? Or is there no chance apple will run out of stock with the 8gb iphone, so should I just do it ASAP?

It is doubtful that the new iPhone would be offered for a while after it is released. Remember it hasn't even been announced yet. Then if it is released in June, there will still be plenty of stock to replace your current gen phone with. We are still 2 months out from the possible new iPhone.

Also, it is entirely possible that they will keep the current gen iPhone as a lower cost model on top of that.

If I were in your shoes, get it replaced if you can't stand the vibrating. Just my $.02
