All iPads Wait no AC wireless on either iPad?

Why didn't Apple add this new standard? If it's on the MacBooks, iMac. Is that the only thing they are adding to the iPhone 6 and iPad air 2

It could be the 802.11ac antennas wouldn't fit in the newest iPad .

I understand the strive for new tech and I myself have ac at home. However, I wanted to ask, what would be the point of ac on an ipad? What aren't I doing that I need ac on the ipad?

Macbooks and iMac I understand for file transfers and hosting. But I havent felt any bottlenecks with my activities on the iPad?

I think you'll find dual antennas to be more handy than AC.
