Wait to buy new Retina 13 macbook pro????

Looking to buy a laptop now for school

Between a the new macbook pro or a HP touch smart 17

I hear the new one has some issues are these going to be solved

I haven't heard any reports about the new 13" MacBook Pro having any issues. With that being said if you want a Mac, buy the new 13" MacBook Pro. If you want a Windows computer, buy the HP.

I bought the mid spec 13" pro last week. I had some wifi issues that permissions fixed. I've heard of people having issues with the keyboard and trackpad, but I haven't had that, at least yet.
I would strongly recommend the 13" pro retina. If you are worried about potential issues, i would recommend the applecare.

I've got the high end 13" and no real issues. It's locked up a couple times, but all I had to do was push the power button (to put it to sleep), and press it again, and it resumed where I left off. Takes 3 seconds. I'm sure it's software related. Plus I've had it for a few days, running it non-stop and it's only done it a couple times.

I've also got the 15" haswell, and it hasn't locked up a single time.
