This is kind of a subjective question but does anyone think there's any reason to wait a month or two on purchasing a new MBP 13"? Are there any issues to work out that may be resolved in the next few months?

Similar to not buying a car in it's first year of production.

Thanks - S1

My usual advice is to never buy an Apple product during its first run for exactly that reason (case and point - MacBook Air, iPod Touch etc.)

However! The new MacBook Pro 13" is really the second run of the MacBook 13" Unibody, and as such I would say safe to buy now, in fact buying now backs up my point of not buying a first generation of any Apple product as the MacBook Unibody has now been updated to a MacBook Pro with higher clock speed and extra ports.

So yeah, safe to buy now!
