Just syncing my iPhone and this is at the top of iTunes 7 of 7 and has been going on for ages...anybody know why this is happening? It has downloaded the new update with everything on but why is this message up,there and taking so long?

Took it off in the end

But amazed how quick the update was over the air for the ipad

It's hung there for me once since iOS 5, I killed the sync and ran again and it finished fine.
