I'm waiting for the rMB 1.3 model to appear in stores so I can see if the UI is more fluid than the 1.1 I tried (other thread).

Will they demo BTO models?

I highly doubt it. All stores have had 1.1 models, and Apple usually keep the same models on display. So I'd say your chances are slim to none.

Your best bet is to either read people's experience with the 1.3 on here, or order it and just return it if you aren't satisfied.

what PDFierro said. i've never seen the BTO macbook pros in the stores (i've looked). extremely unlikely they'd display the 1.3 mb.

have them to sell in store, althouigh not the new macbook what with all the suppley issues, (they often have the max version of all their computers to sell) but I've never seen one on display.
