Waiting to buy a OWC Mercury

I sent them an email a few weeks ago about when they would add USB 3.0 capabilities into their enclosure kits because it is backwards compatible with 2.0, and other companies are doing this. Still no reply from them But IMO their enclosures are the best with all of the I/O ports on the back, Waiting sucks

OWC is pretty proactive, and they stated at MacWorld that they were in the process of finalizing designs and boards for USB 3.0, but that they weren't going to be introducing anything until 3.0-capable devices actually hit the market.

Since OWC utilizes the Oxord chipsets for their Mercury devices, does that really just mean that OWC is waiting for Oxford to release a USB 3.0 chip first?
