Waiting to get my replacement Mbp

So i had alot of defects and problems with my new mbp that i got last week.
1. Battery/HD cover loose
2. Fan clicking noise
3. Battery didnt last long at all
4. Headphone jack noise

its a 2.4 with 4gb ram and 250gb@7200 hd
So now im waiting to get my replacement mbp, i sent this defective one back today and got a new order made. they gave it overnight shipping.
anyone here that have my problems call apple and replace yours too.

i had flicker screen , i am waitin for the replacement as well, feel the pain too my friend!!
