Any predictions on how much longer we will have to wait on a Jailbreak for the 4S?

Seems like this one may be hard for the Dev Team to crack.

Patient. They do not need any more people to bother them. We do not need these new thread everyday.

Its expected.

It took the iPhone 4 two months to get jailbroken. Well, it was less than two months (Released June 24), jailbreak was available on August 1, but that was when we had Comex.

Yup, we're all waiting. But now, we have this thread to tide us over. Oh happy day.

Actually the iPhone 4 was released in mid-late June and the jailbreak was delivered on Aug 1. So really it was more like a little over 5 weeks and not two months (if you want to get specific!)

I'm hoping for end of 2011 but there's never a guarantee.

Yes, the time it took for the last jailbreak is always a good indicator of how long the current one will take. It's not like Apple closes any security holes.

To be fair, every new feature (iOS5 in general), opens up potential for more security holes.

Any predictions on how many days we can go without a brand new thread asking/predicting when the JB will arrive or talking about its status? Over/under is 1.5 days. ;)
