So, I just had Apple Inc. completely replaced my 2009 2.66 Quad Core and have had no issues until I started burning DVD's with Handbrake.
Issue is this... My computer is set to never sleep, but before I go to bed, I put in a DVD and burn it with the latest version of Handbrake and VLC while I sleep. When I wake up, the computer screens are black, but the lights are one, and the computer is asleep. Hitting the space bar will make the computer sound like it is waking from sleep, but it never wakes up, the screens never show a picture, and the light next to the power button blinks. The only way to get it up and running is to hold the power button in and shut it down. This has happened twice now.
What could it be? A Google search only revealed one other Mac with an issue similar to this and it only had one response, hardware issue.
