Wake/No Wake don't switch

i have 2 watches, original and series 2. During the day I like wake on wrist rise activated. At night I go in watch setup and turn wrist rise off except only way for it to work is turn off/reboot. After reboot it stays off till I touch it. I morning I turn wrist rise back on only to have to reboot again. This is same for both watches. Any ideas or is this a bug?

Not sure but toggling Theater Mode is an easer method.
