Wake-On-LAN doesn't work (Tiger)

So I have the correct box checked (I'm attaching a screenshot from my Leopard machine, but the same box is checked on the Tiger machine). The computer's connected via ethernet to my router. UDP port 9 is forwarded to the correct IP. Yet this does nothing. What am I missing?
