Hi I did a clean install of Mavericks on a mid 2009 15" MBP. I'm trying to troubleshoot as to why when I put my computer to sleep (closing the lid), I wake my computer (opening the lid and pressing a key, not sure if it's supposed to wake up just by opening the lid) and the battery is really low. Anyway, I've read that I should disable the Wake on Network Access setting, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in System Preferences > Energy Saver.

I already reset SMC but not PRAM. I'm just really confused at the moment.

Also, for my computer not sleeping problem here's the terminal readout from pmset -g assertions command

Assertion status system-wide:
BackgroundTask 0
PreventDiskIdle 0
ApplePushServiceTask 0
UserIsActive 1
PreventUserIdleDisplaySleep 0
InteractivePushServiceTask 0
PreventSystemSleep 0
ExternalMedia 0
PreventUserIdleSystemSleep 0
NetworkClientActive 0
Listed by owning process:
pid 48(hidd): [0x0000000a000002e0] 00:37:30 UserIsActive named: "com.apple.iohideventsystem.queue.tickle"
Timeout will fire in 83 secs Action=TimeoutActionRelease
No kernel assertions.

Any help would be much appreciated thanks!
