Wake on USB annoying. How to turn off?

When my MBP is asleep, lid closed but I still have a usb mouse plugged in, if the mouse moves slightly the whole computer comes out of sleep... still with the lid closed.

This is annoying and I want it off. The only way I want my MBP to come out of sleep is by opening the case.

What do I have to do? I refuse to disconnect all of my USB devices every single time I want to shut my comptuer.

Is there a command I can input into terminal to change the sleep config or something?
