Wake on Wireless with Apache

Hi,
I have a wordpress blog hosted on Apache on my Mac Pro. Wake on wireless works great on my local network thanks to the Airport Extreme. Question: Will it wake up if the website is accessed from the internet or do I need to disable sleep for that sort of thing?
