It used to be that there was a setting in the General Settings to where you can adjust what appears on your wake screen, but now with Version 8 of Watch OS, it's not there. I'm just trying to turn off the "now playing" thing that always pops up, because now I'm seeing my wife's podcasts pop up on my watch, or she's seeing my apple music playing. We don't even use this feature on the watches, but they pop up anyway.

All the online guides point to "wake screen" settings, but they look like they're gone now.
 
I would love to know where this setting is now or why it was freaking removed. So annoying
