has anyone experience that it is slower then Mountain Lion, and before the screen turns, i hear my cd drive's noise, much like the noise that the cd drive checks to see if there's anything in there when you turn on the computer.

Faster but it is still not quite right. I sometimes have to reboot because the screen freezes or black screen.

Just for reference, on my 2013 MBA on DP3, coming back from sleep takes less than a second. Tested with lid open.

My 2011 MBP comes back on much quicker than ML. It also allows me to enter my password instantly too rather than having wait a few seconds.
