Wake up screen on URL load?

Hey everyone,

I have an issue, I want my screen to wake up when a certain URL (or any URL for that matter) is loaded. Currently, because of "Wake on Demand" my computer "wakes up," but the screen remains un-lit.

Is there a way to either:

Wake up my screen using javascript or php or something (obviously preferred).

--or--

Have my screen wake up with network access.

Also, this is my first time posting here, so I apologize if this is in the wrong place.
