After installing 10.6.3 on my white macbook (core duo - early 2006) I've been having issues waking it from sleep. Well, the computer wakes - but the screen is completely dimmed - I can faintly see my desktop and when I adjust the brighten I can see the bar move but the screen doesn't change. Closing my macbook and opening it again doesn't fix it - I have to put the computer to sleep by clicking on the apple and selecting sleep.

Anyone else having this issue?

I should also mention that I set my macbook to dump the current state onto the HDD and completely turn off rather than do the quick sleep with the fading light.

I'm having the exact same issue with a 2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro. It doesn't happen every time I put it to sleep, so I'm trying to narrow it down. I'll let you know if I figure anything out. But it was working fine before the upgrade.
