I'm new to iPhone as I've had the iPhone 12 for only a couple of weeks, and there are a few things I just can't get used to.

The alarm is one of them. There is no way, other than going into the Clock app which someone wouldn't normally do, to know that an alarm is set. The only other way is if I pull down from top right and happen to notice the tiny clock symbol.

On Android, for 2hrs before the alarm, there's a notification on the lock screen.

Is there any way of having something similar on the iPhone?

Are there any third party apps that do this?

Even having a little number on the app (like messages and email apps) when an alarm is set would be something.
