waking up ibook by a bluetooth device

In my prefs-bluetooth.. the option 'enable bluetooth device to wake up ' is grayed out..and the bluetooth devices i current use with ibook are sony ericsson t616 and belkin mouse..Does anyone know how can i enable that?
i have the latest bluetooth firmware update 1.5...and i cant see whats the problem..why is the option grayed out... its a g4 ibook, running 10.3.3....
I appreciate any help..there are scores of SE users on this forum :)
