New watch owner (SE, iOS 14). Set up to activate sleep mode/schedule automatically. I realize this turns most everything off - but how do I wake the watch during my set sleep hours? I forgot to set an alarm after my set bed time but couldn't for the life of me wake it to do so. (I realize the idea is during sleep you can't wake it just by raising wrist).

What am I missing?

+1 for @schlupps response. The sleep schedule can be a bit of a commitment. Apple really expects you to abide by its suggestions. If that’s what you want, then all is good. I found it a bit limiting in relation to the feedback I got from it. Turned it off, just use the alarm, turn on theater mode and use the Digital Crown, ever so slightly, to brighten the screen if I wake up before the alarm. Use silent mode to stoke out your bedmate.
