Apps Walkie Talkie (always unavailable?)

So i'm assuming the general idea is to leave this feature always off, its annoying to see the flashing app icon every time you show your watch screen light up.

On a side note, I don't want to be in a meeting and have my wife say "Ok honey I love you, i'm going to do the following to you once you get home"

I think it should "time out" after a while of not talking to a person, then it would have to "initiate" the convo again (like when you first send something to someone)

you can leave it unavailable. if someone tried to walkie talkie you, you should get a message letting you know and if you want to make it available and connect. so its not like you will miss out on it.
