Apps Walkie Talkie and cellular watch....still need the phone?

Can you add your watch’s number as a contact, annd use Walkie Talkie without your phone being present, or does Walkie Talkie require everything to go through your phone?

I don't even understand the point of walkie talkie. Isn't it just easier to make a call? You have to keep pressing the screen when you need to talk. What am I missing?

You can walkie talkie to more than one person? I guess I did not read the details close enough.

I think so. You can with Zello. I’m assuming the Apple app allows the same.
