Walkie Talkie icon flashes whenever watch comes out of standby

I found the answer on another thread - it's just to let you know that walkie talkie is active. I wanted to delete this thread, but haven't figured out how to do it.

Do you have yourself set as “available” on the walkie talkie app? Mine comes on when I’m “available” to remind me that I still have the functionality running in the background.
