So my little brother will be getting my old iMac and we want to mount it to his wall. It's an early 2008 model and it currently is on the stock stand. My question really I guess is can I remove the stand and get a wall mount for it?

Yup on both accounts, Apple used to make a mount for it or you could use Google to search for a universal mount depending on what you are looking for.
Great! Now how would I go about getting the stand out? Honestly I can't remember if I put it on in the first place lol.
