All iPads Wall plug with two 2.1 amp outputs that don't share?

Every dual USB wall plug I find shares the output when charging two items. Is there any that can charge two things at once at the full 2.1 amps? Thanks in advance!

I am able to charge two iPads at the same time with the one I linked. No complaints here.
