The Apple Pay cards come over fine. However, all your passes (loyalty cards, tickets, gym pass etc.) do not show on watch. Been on the phone for 45 min. with Apple Support. It is a known issue....taken through senior support then to Apple Pay team...now on hold with senior Apple Pay team member. Engineers already know of the bug from what they are telling me. No work around right now.

Wallet Feature Not Working on Ultra

This happened on all of my watches when I updated watchOS. Happy to hear the engineers are working on it.
For now, I’m having to use my phome for all of the passes; fortunately, the phone is brand new, and I‘m enjoying having to instead use it for the passes.

It is by design as when you wear Ultra they let you in everywhere without any passes. Ultra in itself is pass.
Have the same issue with the series 8 Hermes. Passes were Coming when I paired it out of the box. Then I updated the watch. And after that i unpaired it from my iPhone 13 pro because I got the new 14 pro. And when I paired it there I noticed that passes were not showing.
Well, after leaving my watch sleeping over the night while charging both Apple Watch and iPhone, today in the morning the pases where there. I guess sometimes it just takes time to lpad.🤷🏻♂️
