Wallet issue ..

Hi all,

I have an issue with wallet on my AW4, it is not synching - ei: it is showing old passes and cards I have removed (on my iPhone XS Max) and not showing new ones that I have added on the phone.

I have had Apple watch since day one, (AW1, AW2 and now AW4) and never experienced this issue. I have tried re-starting the phone, watch etc but this didn't resolve the problem.

I really hope someone can offer advice as I am travelling next week and need my boarding passes on the watch.

have you tried re-pairing?

click your watch at the top of the watch app
hit the i in the circle
unpair apple watch
then once that's done, re-pair the watch

you should be able to restore from a backup, so you will keep all your settings.

if you restore from backup, and you still have problems, you might have to restore as new.

Thanks waw74, I ended up doing that a couple of hours ago and was going to post an update. It did actually fix the issue
