iPad Wallpaper getting scaled while setting

I have a retina iPad and I just resized 2 of my best pics to 2048x1536 and moved to my Camera Roll.
Now when Im trying to set them as wallpaper of lock screen or home screen, it shows me scaled image.

Why can't I simply set the original image ?

Yeah its something with iOS 7. You have to either resize your image before you use it or there is an app called Wallpaper Fix. It's what I use, it takes your picture and resizes it perfectly to work as your wallpaper.

Resize to what size ?

iPad retina says 2048x1536 and I did that way, but still same issue.

So, what resolution should it be to get the right aspect.

The image needs to be square (2048x2048) to be used in portrait and landscape.

Squaring won't work!! I can't believe why it's this way in iOS7. It was so perfect in previous versions. Damn it

It's because of the parallax. If you turn off motion in accessibility, it will appear perfect. If parallax is on, they need to actually be sized up to fit as intended (2524x2524 I think) due to the movement of parallax.

Accessibility - Reduce Motion is already switched off.
Why would it not work then ?

Sorry sir... I have no idea!!! Once I switched it off on mine, it ceased to scale the images by about 90%. There was still a little cut off the edges, but not nearly as much.
