Wallpaper is cut out of the apple logo

After installing appsync which comes with mobile substrate
Any wallpaper I choose appears within the apple logo on homescreen and lockscreen?
Anyone ever have this problem?

It's a virus and remove installous now.

Well it's been like that for a few months and my phone is fine,

I'm hoping someone went through the same issue...
