This is probably a pretty simple issue, but I'm using a 4S with iOS 7.1.2, and when I go to set a wallpaper from my own photo library, it automatically scales up and I can't resize it back down to fill the screen while losing most of the image. The photos are obviously larger than 640x960, but if I can scale the image up (zoom in), why can't I zoom it out and have it hold in place?

If that makes any sense. Thanks!

i find it a pita myself to fit wallpapers how i what them to so what i do now is search for iphone 5s specific wallpapers so it's the right size from the get go
