iPhone Wallpaper storage folders?

Have a wallpaper I like as my lockscreen wallpaper.

I want to save it but its not in my usual wallpaper folder. It restored when I restored my iPhone 5 from a backup of my 4.

So does anyone know where the current lockscreen wallpaper is stored on the iPhone itself? So I can use ifile to save it again.

Hope that makes sense.
