Wallpaper turns blue after switching accounts

Hey Guys. I have an mid 2011 iMac, running on Mavericks. Every time I go to another user account, and then go back to my user account, my wall paper turns blue. This happens on my mac book pro and on my iMac...

Any way to fix this? Any help wold be really appreciated!!!

I have also been trying to figure this out for quite some time now. Yosemite does not appear to fix it either.
