i can on my lock screen but it doesn't give me an option for the other screens, my sister has the same phone 3gs & she can & we have the same itunes version but mine still wont let me.
just got it so i'm not very familiar with it yet
thanks

When you get to the option to set it for the lock screen, choose Home Screen instead.

This feature was added with iOS 4.0.

If your phone is running an earlier OS. It wont be an option.

if you have an iPhone 3GS or an iPhone 4 on iOS 4.0, click:
-Set As Wallpaper
-Set
-Then Select 'Lock Screen', 'Home Screen' or 'Both'

If you have 4.2.1 then you have the option to do what has been said. Otherwise there is something very wrong. Is your iPhone jailbroken or something?

Ummm...are you sure you pressed "set"? The second screen comes up after that to confirm where you want to put it.
