Wallpapers: Iphone 7

Petty inquiry: Why can't I find the new wallpapers for iPhone 7? Is it because I restored from a backup when I initiated the phone?

Apple didn't include the blue bubble live wallpaper (if that's what you're looking for) even though they've been advertising it. Perhaps they'll do it in a future 10.X update.

If you're looking for the still ones, there's a number of blogs and websites that have them. Just google for iOS10 wallpapers and you'll find them.
