Okay I know Best Buy used to charge $100 more on iPhones with full retail price but Walmart is charging $1499 for a $1449 phone on Next is that legal. I wanted to go through them because it says $100 off but than again it said from $46.63 on a 30 month agreement I was like odd because that equals $1400 and that’s not $100 off.

Can they do this?

Of course they can, what apple charges is the MSRP other retailers can charge whatever they want.
