I took this awhile back but forgot to post it. Makes me wonder if the person setting up this display realized that the device in the case is not an ipad 2 :rolleyes:

I'm sure they did know that the display was inaccurate. They merely switched out the signage and kept the iPad 1 in there. Apple probably didn't send a demo unit for a few months. They did the same thing with the iPhone 4. Apple sent the signs, pamphlets and other promotional materials, but not any demo units.

Apple's fault, not Walmart's. ;)

I should have mentioned that this picture was taken back in August which is 5 months after the ipad 2 was released and I have no doubts that the display still looks like this. I don't go to wal-mart very often but I bet it's still set up like this. I'll make sure to check this next time I'm there.
