Went to Walmart earlier today and saw that they dropped the price of the iPad 3 16 gb wifi model to $449! Not bad huh?! Anybody else experience price drops like this at your local Walmart?

Considering the iPad 4 is $50 more, it's not as good of a deal as you're making it out to be.

Not at all... Considering you can buy mint used ones too like mine for 400 or less.

Arguably though, the 2 makes even less sense now, I'll give you that.

after the leaked Walmart video, I'm not sure if I'd buy one from them

Another 20 bucks for 469 you could get the 32GB from apple.com. Come with new battery and 1 yr warranty

I went to Walmart just last night and they had one left at $449.00..

Went to Target a few days ago and they still had a new ipad 2 behind the case for $399.00...

An iPad 3 would have to be $350 before I would consider it at this point. The 4 is at least $150 better just for the extra battery life.

I've always wondered who on earth would think that's a deal.

Now I know.

This just in. Apple selling ipad 4 for $50 more than the latest generation at Trashmart. Grab them while their priced so low!!!

On Sunday, an Apple rep was on QVC, selling a 16gb wifi iPad 3 with a truly disgusting array of "accessories" for $779. Made my eyes bug out!

QVC is really bad. Ive also seen the 16 gb base ipad for close to 800 usd they also had a base 13 inch macbook pro no retina for 1750.

if you look them up they are also "best sellers" from them. thats just scary.

I saw them selling iPad 2's with some horrendous accessories for the same price just a few weeks ago. It was painful to watch.
