I have seen the Cingular Internet cards which allow you to connect to the Internet anywhere but they are for Windows only. Is there anything like that for the Mac?
I've seen it done. There are some that are already pre-configured from some of the wireless services. It is just a matter of finding it. But there is always a way.
Do you necessarily need Cingular? I know the Verizon card works...
And it's not exactly EVERYWHERE, but in most major cities. My friend's card doesn't work ALL the places my cell phone does, but nearly.
