Basically I have an HTPC with Windows Media Center. I have a program that converts the DVR stuff to a format readable by the IPAD. but i also want to automate the process of transferring it to the ipad. my ipad is jailbroken so i'd want to do this via filesystem if possible. preferably via usb but wifi would work. does anybody have such a program?

Well on the Mac side of things I use iSquint to convert my flix and it has a setting to add it to iTunes and when you activate in iTunes to sync all new movies it will add them to the iPad automatically.
I don't know if this works on Windows though.
