Want Dock Reflections Back

I have certain themes (Black UPS HD for example) where there are no Dock Reflections, how do i go about getting them back?

I do have a 'No Reflections' theme in Winterboard but it's not applied.

Must be the dock i'm using as when i'm not using the dock the reflections show.
