Want fresh install but with contacts and PW

Hi, I’m due to get an upgrade from iPhone 7 to XS this week. I kinda want the new phone feel to it though so I don’t want all my existing apps/photos/videos all put onto it... but I WOULD like my contacts and saved passwords moved over.

Is there an easy way to do this? All advice welcome!

make sure you connect to iCloud and enable contacts and Keychain on old phone.

Then sign into new phone and ensure they are enabled.
