Hi, I really want to get rid of my relatively new Windows laptop and get a shiny new MacBook in Black. Does anyone know of retailers that can trade-in or buy back used laptops? The only thing I can think of is eBay, but there's no guarantee what will happen there. Thanks in advance for your help.
