"Want" new computer

I was thinking of getting a new apple computer this summer. I have a Dell xps laptop and a black macbook of 2007. The dell is old and needs to go this summer. I was thinking of getting a new macbook or macbook pro this summer. But then I had to rethink because of the nehalem in laptops coming later this year or before summer 2010. I hate being put in this situation because I got this dell xps m170 right before the new dell xps 1730 came out. So I've been using an older model for 3..going on 4 years. Should I get a new one this summer or wait for Nehalem?

What do you mean which way? I think I might just get an aluminum macbook or pro this summer. I dont have enough information as to whether nehalem is worth the wait, etc.
