Want the change the cursor image at a specific time.

Hi there!
Does anyone know if I can change the cursor image in action-script (or Xcode)? I would like the cursor to be toggled at set times for example change the cursor to a sandwich at half 12 and back to normal at half 1. (like the image)

Of even if an image (png) could follow the cursor would be great!

Apple-sript would be the best as I'm a newbie in Xcode..
(This is my first post :D. Hope I'm using it right)
