want to back up jailbroken phone and put everything on new iphone

Any way i can take everything i have on my jailbroken Iphone to somehow back it up or transfer it to my new jailbroken iphone???

I did a backup of my 2G and then after I jb'd the 3G, I did a restore from backup and my data (contacts, sms and emails) were transferred over to it. You will have to re-sync the music and pictures though.
