Want to buy a mac for the first time!

Hi, I am interested in buying a Macbook Pro 15 inch.
I saw these 2 products:

This is the third of this kind for me tonight.

WAIT. You cannot beat technology, but in a few months at the most, we'll have new MB Pros. They should get the new i5s and the like.

If there is a student in the family, get the higher education discount and check the extent of the warranty that comes with it (it might be 3 years with no phone support, even without purchasing AppleCare).

How long do you think it will take ?

Im not from the US, and the country im in right now doesnt even have an apple store/website so i have to order through a friend (form the us)

Will it take months ? 4 months ?

Even if it takes like 4 months, When I have the new model, a newer one will come out after 8 months so does it really matter?

No, it doesn't really matter. You'll always be chasing outdated technology.

And no, we have no idea when they will be released. It could be this afternoon, it could be this week, it could be this month, or it might be September. We just don't know. If you want a predictable release schedule go to a different company.

macmall is reliable, been in business for many, many years.

I dont use them, they charge tax to my state = $150
