Hi. I want to buy a mac pro from 2009 with double quad core 2.26 xeons (8 cores total). My friend is right now situated in New York, he is there for 2 weeks already, and will spend there another 2 weeks. During all that time i am looking for a suitable mac pro, but wasn't able to find one. I used craigslist and eBay. My budget is $1900, and as i understood from expired or ended eBay auctions its a very good price for the machine i am looking for.
So i need some thoughts about if that is a good price for such a mac, and maybe some tips about where i should look for it.
My friend is situated in east village, has a car so you can suggest some stores or etc. that are situated nearby NYC.
Oh, and sorry for my english, i am from Ukraine, so it's not too good i suppose.
